The Kentucky Gardening for Recreation or Work (KY-GROW) Project will introduce individuals with disabilities to horticulture and gardening in inclusive settings. Kentucky GROW University of Kentucky Goals of the Project Interested persons can pursue the recreational and vocational outcomes that accompany horticultural and gardening pursuits. By utilizing strategies such as universal design and assistive technology, this activity can be enjoyed by those with or without a disability. Service providers will receive training and resources to enhance their understanding of accessible gardening.
