Identify the problem to be start
Give the team members a supply of note cards and a pen
Allow only about 10 minutes for this writing activity
Place the written cards on a flat surface
Layuot the finish cards so that all participant can see and have access to all the
cards.
Let everyone on the team move cards into groups with similar time.
If you dsagree wit some one else’s plecement of a note cards, say nothing but
move it.
You reach consensus when all the cards are groups, and the team members
have stopped moving the cards
Draw a finished affinity diagram and provide a working copy for all participants
