Meeting 1
Building Construction
• An building consist of some structure component which
is one and another related/relevant, so that the building
can stand up, hence from that each component of meant
structure have to be up to standard.

Some condition which are must be fulfill to structure
component :
1. Can hold all burden which must be shouldered, including
earthquake.
2. Fulfilling standard and regulation going into effect.
3. Function during minimum 20 year.
4. Hold up to decay, other pest and corotion among others
by insect.

Besides structure component have to fulfill conditions, the
materials also have to fulfill some conditions for the
sake of taking care of durable the building, and also for
the efficiency usage of its materials.
Such conditions are :
1. Usage of materials have to according to its function
2. Durable to non minimum structure hold up during 5
year, and to minimum structure hold up during 20 year.
3. Have to earn to hold all style and burden that happened
including earthquake.

Building House Remain
Some condition and factor which must be paid attention in
making a house building remain shall be as follows :
1. Strength : a building must have strong construction, to
protect dweller of avalanche danger as well so that
dweller can feel peaceful stay in it.
2. Durable : a building have to be planned to have
longevity, because durable and strong building will give
calmness and easiness to its dweller

3. Beauty : a building have to be planned to have
longevity, cause can give pride to its dweller as well as
adding building value.
4. Health : a building also have to be planned by paying
attention hygiene and health of its environment.

I.

VI. Plafond Plan
Drawing the division of check than its plafond in each

VII. Sanitation Plan

bathroom, kitchen, basin clean and other discard place.

VIII.Detail Plan
Detail plan which must be drawn :
1. Foundation : depicting cross section form and its size
measure and also deepness situation of foundation
weared.
2. Truss : drawing truss weared and clarification of its

3. Plafond : explaining form and height of plafond, joining
and size measure is written complete and given
clarification sufficiently.
4. Cushion / Frame : all door and window form, if there is
