2015 Forward Looking Attachment O Stakeholder

Ameren Illinois Company (AIC)
Ameren Transmission Company of Illinois (ATXI)
Purpose: Pursuant to the updated protocols established in FERC Docket No.
ER13-2379, AIC and ATXI must calculate and post its formula
transmission rate calculations, supporting work papers and
projected net revenue requirement by September 1st of each year.
Also, AIC and ATXI are required to host a stakeholder meeting to
discuss this posting by October 15th of each year. The rate
information for the 2015 rate year is posted on Ameren’s page of
the MISO OASIS node which can be accessed at
http://www.oasis.oati.com/AMRN/index.html
