SYLFF (formerly Sasakawa) Fellowships Please read this information before completing the SYLFF Fellowships Application Form Scholarship Information One Home UK/EU fellowship of a fee waive up to £7,500 and one Overseas fellowship of a fee waive up to £14,800 are available through a trust funded by the Tokyo Foundation. The fellowships are offered with the objective of educating graduate students who have high potential for future leadership in international affairs.
