months. You may include evidence from existing quality assurance tools in use in your
school, such as relevant reports from the QAA process, module assessment forms, module
comment forms, relevant feedback from staff-student liaison meetings as well as the more
traditional indicators of performance (publications, awards, research grant approval etc).
When considering your development needs in the coming year you should also refer to
peer reviews of your teaching. If on a Research Fellow contract you may want to adapt
this form.
