Follow-Up Core Objective Assessment Report (Faculty)
As outlined in the Core Assessment Guidelines, this follow-up report is required annually after
a Silver Core course’s initial assessment report (i.e., the report asking for a measurement of
students exceeding, meeting, and failing to meet SLOs). Only SLOs relevant to the Core
Objective(s) satisfied by your course (as stated in your syllabus) need be assessed for this
report.
When requested, please include supplemental documents (e.g., updated syllabus, student work,
assessment tools) along with this completed report.
These materials may be sent to Russell Stone, Director of Assessment & Accreditation, at
crstone@unr.edu, or held in your home department for pick up at the due date (the 8th week of
the semester following the Core Objective committee response).
