Students who filed the application for the degree qualifying examination shall apply for cancellation if the examination is not held. Please conduct the cancellation before January 31 st (application for the 1 st semester) or
July 31 st (application for the 2 nd semester).
2.
Before graduation, students of in-service master’s programs should submit one thesis (paperback) to the Division of Continuing Education, submit one thesis (hardcover) and upload the complete thesis to the Office of Library and Information Services.
