Purpose
This procedure defines the process through which MISO will address external requests
for posting to and updating information on the OASIS system, www.oasis.oati.com.
Requests for postings or updates to the Transmission Owner Rate Data page on
www.misoenergy.org (located at Markets and Operations > Transmission Settlements >
Transmission Owner’s Rate Data) should be sent to TariffPricing@misoenergy.org.

Procedure Description
3.1
Requests for posting and updating information to the OASIS system.

Transmission Owners (TO) may request MISO IT to post documentation on their
TO OASIS Page. These requests shall be sent to noc@misoenergy.org with a
copy (CC) to TariffAdministration@misoenergy.org. Requests to post to the
Transmission Owner Rate Data page on www.misoenergy.org shall be sent with
a CC to TariffPricing@misoenergy.org.

The email request shall include the following data elements:
o Subject for the requested OASIS posting should be:
 OASIS Posting Request - for OASIS postings only
 OASIS and MISO Posting Request - for both OASIS and TO Rate
Data page postings
 MISO Posting Request – for TO Rate Data page postings only
o Posting Location
o Description of data to be posted
o Attached document or data in the form that TO wants it posted
o Anticipated timing for the posting
o Whether the request is an emergency request
 NOTE: If the OASIS posting is of an emergency matter, the TO
must call IT NOC at 866-296-6476 (option 1) requesting the

email request has been sent.
o Additional formatting requests (e.g. date stamps) may be included in the
request and will be accommodated if possible.
o Contact Information (e.g. a phone number if any questions should arise)


The requested data or document(s) will be posted as follows:
o OASIS posting requests will be posted within 24 hours of receipt.
o Transmission Owner Rate Data posting requests will be posted as follows:
 Posting requests received during normal business hours (Monday –
Friday 0800-500 EST), then:
 Requests received prior to 3PM EST will be posted within 24
hours
 Requests received after 3PM EST will be posted within 48
hours
 Posting requests received outside normal business hours, the
request will be posted within 24 hours of the next business day.
