Voluntary Consent Pursuant to
18 CFR 358.7(c)
A non-affiliated Transmission Customer may voluntarily consent, in writing, to allow the
Transmission Provider to share the non-affiliated customer’s information with a Marketing or
Energy Affiliate. The Transmission Provider must Post notice on OASIS of the consent along
with a statement that it did not provide any preferences in exchange for the voluntary consent.
Pursuant to the Standards of Conduct 18 CFR 358.7(c) Customer Name or Project Number
hereby consents to the disclosure by Idaho Power as a Transmission Provider to the Energy
Affiliate personnel of Idaho Power, of Transmission Information or other information of
Customer Name or Project Number, which is acquired or developed by Idaho Power in the
process of Customer Name or Project Number’s request for service. Idaho Power and
Customer Name or Project Number acknowledge that this Voluntary Consent is limited solely to
information disclosed in or related to this specific service request.
Customer Name or Project Number acknowledges that notice of this Voluntary Consent will be
posted by Idaho Power on its Open Access Same-Time Information System (OASIS).
Customer Name or Project Number states that this Voluntary Consent has not been given in
exchange for any preferences, either operational or rate-related from Idaho Power.
This Voluntary Consent form properly executed must be forwarded to the CCO for immediate
posting on OASIS and entry in the Compliance Log.
