Further, Western Area Power Administration requires the following within 5 business days of OASIS queued time: 1) A non-refundable processing fee in the amount of $3500 [refer to Section 17.3 of the Tariff] 2) A refundable deposit of either 1 month’s charge for reserved capacity (not to exceed $100,000) or the same amount deposited into an escrow fund setup by the transmission customer [refer to Section 17.3 of the Tariff]. In addition, Western Area Power Administration will conduct a creditworthiness check. 10. Monthly Load Forecasts: Western Area Power Administration reserves the right to obtain from the transmission customer a realistic load forecast each month for the Western Area Power Administration OASIS NITS reservation to be received by Western Area Power Administration no later than one week prior to the start of the next calendar month. 11.
