Pursuant to FERC Order 1000 NorthWestern Energy (NWE) provides an opportunity for stakeholders to submit potential public policy requirements

and considerations

and appropriate transmission for possible consideration in its local area transmission planning.
Stakeholders who desire to submit public policy to NWE are required to enter their data on the
"Public Policy Requirements Project" workbook that is available on NWE's OASIS Website. The
URL for this workbook is identified in the following links document: http://www.oasis.oati.com/NWMT/NWMTdocs/Attachment_K_Business_Practice_Links.docx
The instructions are on the first tab of the workbook. This workbook must be used to propose a
Public Policy Consideration or Requirement and the proposed transmission project that should be used for your proposed Public Policy Consideration or Requirement.
All data and information supplied will be treated as non-confidential unless you specifically request it to be confidential. All data and information that you deem confidential will be administered according to the FERC Standards of Conduct and Critical Energy Infrastructure
Information.
NWE requires that your public policy data be submitted through NWE’s annual data request window from January 1 through March 31.
