Purpose
This procedure defines the process through which MISO will address external requests
for posting to and updating information on the OASIS system. (Requests for postings or
updates to the transmission owner rate data page on www.misoenergy.org (Markets
and Operations > Transmission Settlements > Transmission Owner’s Rate Data)
should be sent to TariffPricing@misoenergy.org).

Procedure Description
3.1
Requests for posting and updating information to the OASIS system.

Transmission Owners may request MISO IT to post documentation on their TO
OASIS Page. These request shall be sent to *Webmaster with a copy (CC) to
*Tariff Administration. Requests to post transmission owner rate data shall be
sent with a CC to *TariffPricing@misoenergy.org
o Webmaster@misoenergy.org
o TariffAdministration@misoenergy.org
o TariffPricing@misoenergy.org

The data request shall include the following data elements
o Title for the requested posting
o Posting Location
o Description of data to be posted
o Attached document or data in the form that TO wants it posted
 All data must be contained within or attached to the email.
Redirection to a separate location is not a valid communication
method.
o Anticipated timing for the posting
o Whether the request is an emergency request
o Additional formatting requests (e.g. datestamps) may be included in the
request and will be accommodated if possible.

If the request to *Webmaster has been received during normal business hours
(Monday – Friday 0800-500 EST), the requested data or document(s) will be
posted as follows:

o For requests received prior to 3 PM EST, the request will be posted within
24 hours
o For requests received after 3 PM, the request will be posted within 48
hours.
If the request to *Webmaster has been received outside during normal business
hours (Monday – Friday 0800-500 EST), the request will be posted within 24
hours of the next business day.
If the posting is of an emergency matter, the TO must call IT NOC at 866-2966476 requesting the document to be posted outside the regular business.
o This phone call shall take place after the email request has been sent.
