Pending regulatory approval, Acadia Power Partners LLC and Cleco Power LLC have announced
that they have entered into an agreement whereby Cleco Power will acquire ownership of Power
Block 1 of Acadia's Acadia Power Station located in Louisiana. Power Block 1 is scheduled to be
removed from service for an approximate 16-day outage beginning on or about March 03, 2010
for a combustor inspection as well as an inspection of the steam turbine valves and any repairs
that may be necessary.
