Banner Issue
o Earliest report on May 5th. If users haven’t logged into banner or log into banner from a
different machine from the past it won’t allow them to have a toolbar or log in at all. It
is banner account specific. An OIT project has been opened to Chuck and Tracy about
this.
Outages
o Sunday, May 26, 1-5 am: UVLink & UVCast systems will be unavailable
o Saturday, May 25, 12-2 am: Upgrade on the cord 2
o Saturday, May 25, 10 pm-2 am: 10 gig links on roll 3
o Student Life Bldg power outages

o Pro Card: Do not use June 15 – July 1. Must need an exception from Vickie
o RFP is out for project management and helpdesk solution programs.
o OIT Projects: will add customers expected completion date and departments expected
completion date columns.
o Security Audit: June 25th.
o Retreat for direct reports on June 3rd to discuss budget
