Chemistry 4010 Assignment, Visit Ship Follow-up

Describe the polymeric/plastic/biopolymeric objects you saw on the World War II ship
and make educated guesses as to what macromolecule they are made from, how they
were made and processed, etc. One of the remarkable things about anything constructed
before, say, the 1950s, is the relative absence of polymeric materials; therefore, you
should also describe parts made of non-polymeric materials that would probably be made
from polymers in a modern ship.
Grading criteria
