We suggested expert groups for the Global Climate Change Situation Room
- Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy
- Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research

We participated in the RTD for Latin America in 2030 and communicated the RTD in our networks

We suggested participants for the UN World Water Scenarios with UNESCO
- Prof. D. Peter Wilderer (TU Munich, winner of the “Stockholm Water Prize”)

- We started a cooperation with Bertelsmann Foundation for a „European Launch of the SOF“ – Jerry will
participate over video conference

German Node Survey and what next?
German Node conducted a
survey, with the objective to
establish better knowledge
among all MP Nodes of what
other Nodes are working on and
what is regarded as key future
topics in the different regions
they represent.
Planes for next Year:
• PR for SOF 2010: Following up on the press conference from the 7th of July
• Continue cooperation with other Nodes, especially within framework of EU-Projects Iknow and INFU
• Plan, if and how we want to follow up on the survey results:
• Writing another article to be published in another foresight magazine.
• Using the data for a visualized map
• All the German node members would like to be in closer contact with other nodes – how can we foster
this?
