Volunteers brighten patients’ spirits and stimulate them through games and group activities. Children can participate in arts and crafts, reading, or just visiting. An all-volunteer organization called Project Linus is looking for persons willing to create blankets for kids in distressed situations, particularly pediatric cancer patients.
