Analisis SWOT
Adalah analisis sistematis untuk mengidentifikasikan
faktor-faktor kekuatan (strength), kelemahan
(Weeknesess) intern perusahaan serta peluang
(oppurtunities) dan ancaman (threats) dalam
lingkungan yang dihadapi perusahaan.
