Agents News Your Monthly Update www.exeter.ac.uk/international DECEMBER 2012 Notice of withdrawal of ‘single’ CAS procedure for pre-sessional students In 2011, the University initiated a policy of providing a single CAS for those students who were undertaking an INTO@Exeter pre-sessional English programme, up to a maximum of 10 weeks, followed by a Bachelors, Masters or PhD programme at Exeter. Please note this policy is no longer being continued. Instead, students who have an offer for a University degree-bearing programme conditional upon successful completion of an INTO@Exeter programme of English will be supplied first with a CAS only for the pre-sessional programme. They will then be issued with a CAS for the University programme only once they have successfully completed the INTO programme. Only those students with an unconditional offer but who choose to spend five or 10 weeks on a pre-sessional programme will be permitted to have a single CAS.
