Description of Solicitation Amendment:
The referenced Request for Proposal (RFP) is hereby amended as set forth below:
1. Section IV.D.1.1, Profile, as noted on page 17 of 45, the following is being added under the new letter “k”
k. Please confirm the number and location of offices, location of company headquarters/main office, total
number of employees company wide and total number of employees in the State of Texas.
2. Section VII.4.c, Small Business Development Program (SBDP), as noted on page 25 of 45, shall be deleted and
replaced with the following
For this solicitation, HCC has established 25% as its goal for Small Business.
3. Section I.4, Proposal Due Date/Time, as noted on page 3 of 45, the solicitation due date is being extended as
follows
HCC will accept sealed proposals in original form to provide the required PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES
until 3:00 PM (local time) on February 14, 2013. Proposals will be received in the Procurement Operations
Department, 3100 Main Street (11th Floor, Room 11A06), and Houston, Texas 77002.
