Dear Cluster 6-2 Parents,
We would like to celebrate our students and their achievements for the 2015-2016 school year. We are
planning an end of year field trip to the bowling alley on Tuesday, May 24th, 2016. In order for us to do
this, we will need your help. We are asking for a minimum of $8 donation from you. This will cover one
child’s participation at the bowling alley. We also need parent volunteers to assist in making our field
trip a success. If you are able to help, please fill out the portion that applies and return this letter with
your child as soon as possible. Remember that all parents must be cleared through VIPS in order to
participate. Thank you so much for all your support!
Field Trip Qualifications:




All students in cluster 6-2 will be allowed to participate except;
Students with P’s in conduct at any point during the second semester and/or P’s in conduct in
the 6th six weeks progress report will not be allowed to participate.
Students who were assigned SAC or were suspended during the second semester will not be
allowed to participate.
These criteria will follow through until the day before the field trip.
