Description of Solicitation Amendment:
The referenced Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (RFCSP) is hereby amended as set forth below.
1. HCC Summary, Proposal submittal deadline is hereby changed to: May 23, 2013 @ 2:00 p.m.

#23 on page number 11 – Delegation under Instructions to Proposers, is hereby replaced in its entirety,
and will read as follows:
Delegation
HCC Board of Trustees must approve all contracts valued at over $50,000. The Board has granted the Chancellor authority to
initiate and execute contracts valued up to $50,000. The procurement of goods and services, including professional services and
construction services shall be completed as per any applicable HCC policy and procedure and shall be in accordance with Section
44.031 of the Texas Education Code for the purchase of goods and services, Section 2254 of the T exas Government Code for
the purchase of Professional and Consulting Services, and Section 2267 of the Texas Government Code for the purchase of
construction services. This includes the evaluation of all bids, proposals, or statements of qualification under procurement,
regardless of contract amount, including the final ranking and selection which shall be made on the evaluation and scoring as per the
published selection criteria and the final evaluation ranking.
3. Attachment NO. 2 on page number 14, is hereby replaced in its entirety. (See attached)
4. Attachment NO. 6 on page number 19, is hereby replaced in its entirety. (See attached)
5. Attachment NO. 12 on page number 34, is hereby replaced in its entirety. (See attached)
