The Office of Financial Aid will post a “Do Not Cancel” (BCF) service indicator on your bill if you have an outstanding tuition charge for the semester. You can view the BCF service indicator on you CUNYfirst account under Student Services Center. Once your increase request is processed you can view the award under Student Services Center, click on “financial aid” tab. INCREASING YOUR GRADUATE PLUS LOAN: You must submit a NEW Graduate Plus loan application if you are requesting additional funding. You must also complete another Graduate Plus Master Promissory Note. Please allow four weeks for your request to be processed.
