June Review This is your main PDR review. Part A: Taking Stock - to review achievements and development over the past year Part B: Personal Effectiveness - to assess your performance against the Competency Framework and identify development needs Part C: Planning Ahead - to agree plans for the next year January Review This is an opportunity to monitor actions agreed in the June review and update plans in light of any changes. The stages of the review process The conversation with your Reviewer is at the heart of the process; the form serves as a record of the two meetings. You should focus on where you believe you are performing well and where you would like more support or development (you do not need to consider all competency areas). Try to make these objectives specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time related – for long term goals, indicate 12 month milestones.
