Jane Farrell
Chief Executive, Equality Works
Jane Farrell is the Joint Founder and Chief Executive of Equality Works. She
worked in social work and education before founding Equality Works with Dr
Annie Hedge in 1992. Jane has consulted and trained widely and specialises in
working with senior teams to improve individual, team and organisational
performance. As a matter of course, Jane ensures that the equalities and
diversity is considered when looking at organisational cultures, strategy, systems,
procedures and practices.
