Welcome to the new school year! I am excited for the fresh start this fall. I just recently sent off both of
my own kids to COLLEGE! I still can’t believe it, but time just keeps pushing forward. As many of you
know, I continue to travel throughout the district to work with students in multiple building. My main

number is 847 540-3433. More often than not you will end of leaving a voice message, as I am rarely
sitting by my desk. Remember to leave a phone number and the best time to reach you.
I would also greatly appreciate if you could forward me your email so that I can add it to my contact list.
It helps with communication. Many times I may have a something quick to share and it beats playing
“phone tag”.
I have sent send home the physician prescriptions that need to be signed by your physician, as regulated
by our school district. I will continue to follow the minutes according to the IEP, but please have the
doctor note if there are any limitations or restrictions at this time. Please return the forms in your child’s
back pack and I will pick them up from the teacher OR you may fax them to:
