Recommedations:
1. consider extending time from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. to cover the heaviest traffic times.
2. partner with student Info Booth to offer more complete coverage and assistance in the SSB
3. consider putting the parking kiosk in another location to avoid conjestion in the hall
