The new process also links student learning outcomes, program review, and enrollment strategies to institutional planning. Rio Hondo has placed a priority on strengthening institutional effectiveness utilizing ARCC data and other key performance indicators in the planning process to improve success for RHC students. Planning decisions are based on quantitative and qualitative analysis to focus the strategic direction and better serve students in the future.
