Therefore, all activities should have a strategic focus that centers on this goal. The Pastoral Staff should partner together to lead, teach, and equip the body of Christ to live a life dedicated to growing in Christ and advancing His message for the glory of God. I also believe that ministry should meet culture where it is by adapting practices and style, but upholding Biblical doctrine and theology. As a Worship leader, it is my goal to teach people that in order to worship God with song on Sunday, it is important for us to worship God with lives and actions during the rest of the week. Testimony I have been in church since I was a child and have been taught right from wrong. I learned I was a lost sinner in need of Jesus Christ. I struggled with giving my life to Christ because I made salvation complicated. I always sought to know for myself I had done the right things to be saved. It was not until I went to a Beach Retreat with my church that I realized it was not about what I did, but what Jesus did for me on the cross at Calvary. On June 10, 2002, I surrendered my heart and life to Jesus Christ. I asked Him to forgive me of my sin and come into my life. Christ has developed in my life a desire to serve Him and others for life. It was in the summer of 2009 just before attending school at Liberty University that God called me to full-time vocational ministry. Since attending Liberty, God has molded my heart to more of what He desires for ministry.
