a written assignment
regarding delegation
and evaluation of the
delegation that is
graded by instructors

part of the clinical
performance
evaluation tool.

evaluated by clinical
instructors who will
assess their
performance against
nursing practice
standards and a

evaluation tool.

Clinical pass rate = 33/33 or
100% of the students met all
proscribed behaviors as
described in the Clinical
Performance Evaluation Tool.
