Appropriation Transfer at End of School Year Approved Transfer at End of School Year. 4. Hazardous and E-Waste Collection and Roundup Annually, the Environmental Programs Division - County of Los Angeles in conjunction with the Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County and the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works, requests the use of Parking Lot “A” at 3600 Workman Mill Road in Whittier for the annual Household Hazardous and June 13, 2012 Minutes 2 Rio Hondo Community College District Board of Trustees Regular Meeting Electronic Waste Roundup. Staging and preparation for the Roundup will begin August 3, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. The Roundup is advertised by the County of Los Angeles for the public to begin delivering their household hazardous and electronic waste to the site between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for August 4, 2012. Cleanup and closeout is not to exceed 24-hours following termination of the Roundup. 5. Commission of Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) – Contract Renewal and Resolution Providing Force Option Simulator and Driving Simulator Training The Rio Hondo Regional Training Center has provided Training in the Regional Skills Training Center (RSTC) for POST. Courses are in accordance with course outlines. Contract renewal with Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) is for Certified Regional Skills Training Center (RSTC). The college will receive FTES revenue for this training. In the event there are not enough students from POST agencies to fill the class, students who are not fulltime, on-duty law enforcement officers may enroll in the course. Revenue Agreement #12112311 provides funding for 796 students in the Driving Simulator and 796 students in the Force Option Simulator not to exceed $125,768.00 for the term July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. POST reimburses at the rate of $92.00 for each 4 hours of training in each simulator category. FTES generation is separate and above POST reimbursement. 6.
