THE FOLLOWING REVISIONS AND/OR CLARIFICATIONS SHALL BE MADE TO THE BID
REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS. REVISE AND AMEND THE DOCUMENTS FOR
THE ABOVE NAMED PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS ADDENDUM. THE BID
SHALL REFLECT THESE ADDENDUM CHANGES AND EACH PROPOSER SHALL MAKE
REFERENCE IN THEIR BID SUBMITTAL TO THIS ADDENDUM. UNLESS OTHERWISE
MODIFIED BY THIS ADDENDUM ALL BID REQUIREMENTS AND CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS SHALL APPLY TO THIS ADDENDUM AS ORIGINALLY INDICATED IN THE
APPLICABLE PORTIONS OF THE BID DOCUMENT(S).
Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the BID Proposal Form
Included in this Addendum. Failure to do so may result in the Proposal being deemed
non-responsive.
The Addendum consists of the following changes:
1.ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS; Request for Bids – Deadline to Submit Bid:
a) Change: Deadline to Submit Bid is extended to Thursday, May 19, 2016 before
2:00pm.
b) Change: Remove Bid Form from original Invitation to Bid, and replace it with the Bid
Form attached in Addendum #3 (provided below).
c) Change; Deductive Alternate #1: Provide the complete price to delete all materials,
labor and equipment scope of work for the Emergency Generator project scope. Provide
this price on Bid Form as Deductive Alternate #1.

Rio Hondo Community College, acting by and through its Governing Board, herein called
“DISTRICT”.
1.
Pursuant to and in compliance with your Request for Bids and other documents relating thereto,
the undersigned bidder, having familiarized himself with the terms of the contract, the local
conditions affecting the performance of the contract and the cost of the work at the place where
the work is to be done, hereby proposes and agrees to perform within the time stipulated, the
contract, including all of its component parts, and everything required to be performed, including
its acceptance by the DISTRICT, and to provide and furnish any and all labor, materials, tools,
expendable equipment, and utility and transportation services necessary to perform the contract
and complete all of the work in a workmanlike manner required in connection with the
construction of the Bid #2046 Emergency Generator and Data Center HVAC Upgrades in
the DISTRICT described above, all in strict conformance with the drawings and other contract
documents on file at the Purchasing Office of said DISTRICT for amounts set forth herein.
2.
ADDENDA: The undersigned has thoroughly examined any and all Addenda (if any) issued
during the bid period and is thoroughly familiar with all contents thereof and acknowledges
