Describe admission, curriculum, and completion requirements, in catalog format.
Graduate Level. If the proposed new certificate is at the Graduate level, secure the Matrices Endorsement
from the Associate Registrar for Graduate Studies and provide as appendix.
Describe any special arrangements for grading, transcripts, or transfer policies.
Indicate if federal financial aid will be available to students for this certificate.
Once full certificate proposal, CCP, and market research is provided for Office of Financial Aid/State
Approvals review, the Vice President for Financial Aid will recommend FSOC code and submit to U.S.
Department of Education at planned points during the year.
Indicate, in writing, the understanding that after the U.S. Department of Education submission, the program
will be tentatively eligible for Title IV aid for next semester that is 90 days or more out from date of submission.
Title IV eligibility ceases if U.S. Department of Education raises questions during that initial 90-day period.

All Programs: If modifying a certificate that affects Liberty University en Español – provide evidence that the
