Stanley M. Faust
Spirit AeroSystems
Stanley is a 30 year aerospace industry veteran. He joined the Boeing team in 1979. The Boeing Wichita
Division was sold to Onex. As a result, they are now called Spirit AeroSystems. He currently serves as a
Procurement Quality Representative.
He earned an Associate of Science degree in Total Quality Management from Kansas Newman College.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Friends University. He
has advanced degrees from Webster University and Friends University in Human Resource Development
and Information Systems, respectively. He is also a doctoral learner at the University of Phoenix earning
a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership, with a completion date of 2009.
He is a contract lead auditor certified to AS9100, AS9110 and AS9120. He is certified by the International
Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) as a Quality Management System (QMS) Aerospace Lead Auditor,
and with the RABQSA as an Aerospace Industry Experienced Auditor (AIEA). He is also approved by the
RABQSA as an ISO/AS instructor with Gladhill Associates International.
