All the files in this directory are free files. However,
remember that a lot of the stuff like the canned
procedures are out dated with respect to ISO 9001:2000.
Most of this stuff has been available for free for quite a
few years. Many of you have contributed to these files and
I appreciate it as does everyone else.
Remember that many of the editable files are available.
