Our Commitment to
Sustainable Events
MPI has made the following
commitment to sustainability
and to sustainable events:
We recognize the immense
potential impact our actions have
on the communities in which we
do business and make a deliberate commitment to the transformational power of meetings and
events to support environmental,
economic and social sustainability.
We will establish leadership
and demonstrate commitment in
the area of sustainable meetings
by including environmental, economic and social factors in decisions we make on behalf of our
members and by making the best
use of resources for maximum
impact and alignment with our
objectives.
We will educate and inform
our members about our actions.
We are committed to building our
brand, supporting our mission and
vision and connecting our community in a sustainable way.
Page 20
Meeting Professionals International
Here is the opening chapter of our
sustainability story for MeetDifferent
2010. We will finish the story with
a post-event case study. See past
case studies at www.mpiweb.org/
sustainability.
Sustainable
Event Certification
MPI is committed to the sustainable event
management system outlined in British
Standard 8901 for sustainable events.
MeetDifferent is our second North American event to be managed with this system,
after successfully being third-party certified
for our European conferences in 2008 and
2009 and our World Education Congress in
2009.
Environmentally
Sustainable Meetings
MPI focuses on the eight areas of “green
meetings” as defined by the Convention
Industry Council—destination selection,
venues, accommodation, transportation,
food and beverage, communications, onsite
operations and expositions. We have initiatives in each area that help reduce energy,
water use and the production of waste. For
details, please see the post-event case
study that will be released.
Socially
Responsible Meetings
MPI incorporates a community service
project into all major events. The event
at MeetDifferent is on Monday, February 22,
Make a Difference Day—supporting Save the
Children Mexico.
Economically Sustainable
Meetings
Meetings and events help stimulate the economy of the host city and region. MeetDifferent
attendees in Cancun support local enterprises,
as does much of the purchasing done directly
by MPI for this conference.
How You Can Help
Use the re-usable water bottles provided with
your registration materials, and refill them at
the hydration stations. Use the recycling bins at
the convention center and at your hotels. Opt-in
to the linen/towel re-use program you will find
at your hotel, and make sure you turn off the
lights when you leave your room. Offset your
travel with our carbon offset. Have a feel-good
moment at the community service project by
helping us leave a legacy in the community.
Begin to ask for services and products that are
more responsible, as this will help change the
marketplace and our industry for the better.
Most importantly, learn about how you can
change your own actions and that of your business to become more sustainable.
In our commitment to the environment around us, we
have printed our MeetDifferent Conference Guide using
paper that is made from 10 percent post-consumer waste
recycled materials. When you are done using this year’s
guide, please recycle responsibly. Thank you.

maximum impact. The key themes are:
Strategic Meetings Management
Thriving in a Complex World
Technology and Meeting Virtually
International Meetings Management
Corporate Social Responsibility

Insider’s Exchange
All sessions have been peer reviewed by a diverse and robust group of a cross
section of industry professionals. The content for several sessions has been
co-created by you and select industry experts. All knowledge sessions are
first-come, first-served. Other than Computer Lab sessions, no pre-registration
or tickets are issued for any Sunday, Monday or Tuesday knowledge session.
Seating begins 15 minutes prior to session start time. It is highly recommended
that you arrive early for any sessions you wish to attend as once the session’s
maximum attendance has been reached, no further attendees will be allowed to
sit or stand in the back of the room, and no chairs will be added.
MPI Policies
Smoke-free Policy
All MPI events are non-smoking. Each
venue will have a designated smoking area.
Staff at each venue can direct you to the
designated smoking areas.
Drink Responsibly
MPI’s official policy regarding minimum age
for alcohol consumption is the age applicable to the jurisdiction of the event venue.
In Cancun, the minimum age for beer, wine
and alcohol consumption is 18. MPI encourages you to act responsibly and refrain from
driving after consuming alcoholic beverages.
Private Social Functions Policy
Private social functions are not permitted
to occur during any official MPI activity.
Hospitality suites and hosted events must be
approved in advance by MPI. MPI reserves
the right to postpone or delay any function
conflicting with an official MPI function.
Safety and Medical Emergencies
The safety and security of attendees is of
the utmost importance to MPI. Should an
emergency arise, please locate an MPI
team member immediately. If the situation
requires immediate care and you are on
property at Moon Palace, always call “0”
first from any house or guest room phone.
At any of the off-site venues, contact any
of the venue staff or an MPI staff member.
Emergency medical assistance is available
throughout the conference venues.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Continuing education units are available for knowledge sessions. Units are derived from contact hours and can be used
toward various designation programs, including the CMM and
the CMP. At the conference, there will be a scanner at each
session door. In order to receive your credit hours, please be
sure to have your badge scanned as you enter each session.
Approximately four to six weeks after the conference, your
credit hours earned will be added to your transcript.
Handout Print Station
MPI now offers a print-on-demand feature online that allows you
to access and print your session handouts at your convenience.
All session handouts are conveniently located on the MeetDifferent 2010 VAP Web site. We highly encourage you to print all
handouts before the conference.
Book Clubs
Both book clubs will meet in the Ideas Exchange room on
their designated day and time. Please see below for the
schedule. The book clubs will be lead by industry experts and
thought leaders and provide an additional channel to elevate
the conversation surrounding key topics in our industry.

that there is a fee for these sessions. The fee is US$25 for an

Image Gallery
by ImageThink
We have invited a graphic illustrator to
attend MeetDifferent and sit in on select
sessions. At the end of these sessions, they
will have their graphic illustration, telling
the story of the session visually. These
creative sketches will then be placed in the
Image Gallery (located in the registration
area) allowing you to view the work. We
also encourage attendees to use the Image
Gallery as a networking opportunity—you
never know who you’re going to meet in the
hallway of our conference!
Learning Hallway
Learning Hallways are a new feature at
MeetDifferent 2010. They will be held
throughout the conference, and are located in the Main Building and in the Expo
Center, outside of session rooms. MPI will
provide games, puzzles and books for
attendees to enjoy in between sessions.
PSAV will be providing Wii consoles, a
memory game and a trivia map. Arcaneo
will be demonstrating Acraneo Metron,
the meeting industry’s leading software
solution for Strategic Meeting Management. Stop by, take a break and engage
your mind and body in fun activities.

Diverging practices and business ethics have always been an issue
in the meeting industry—but are even more so in a down economy.
How do you navigate the ethical fog when faced with budget cuts
and the requests for complimentary items, the payment of commissions, the relationships with vendors, meeting points or rewards
and other types of non-monetary gifts or items of value? In this session, an industry attorney will discuss how these issues and topics
can result in a “gray” area as it relates to professionalism and ethics
in the meeting industry and will provide thoughts as to guidelines
for consistency.
• Evaluate the current practices in the industry that create or
give rise to ethics discussions and define “gray” areas that
participants frequently encounter
• Understand the legal implications and obligations of certain
practices and the impact of those practices should a dispute
arise
• Learn how to create practices or guidelines within your area of
control to address consistency in addressing practices and
ethical behavior

Jeremy Gutsche
GENERAL
SESSION
New Rules = New Roles
9-10 a.m./09.00-10.00
Location: Universal Ballroom, Expo Center, Level 2
Thought leadership is a business communication model that
influences peers and mentors through the use of innovative ideas
and theologies that add a three dimensional value to understanding your organization’s objectives. Through this approach, you let
both internal and external prospects test-drive your value before
they commit funding. This eliminates competition, cost-justifies
your price points, reduces your costs and shortens your event-torevenue cycle.
• Create an event value proposition that positions you as a
business peer instead of an event planner
• Use thought leadership to reduce costs and increase event
attendance and retention
• Use experiential tools to increase attendee satisfaction
Presenter: Rick Erling, certified executive coach and certified management
consultant, President & CEO, The CxO Group
Innovation expert, author of the No. 1 book Exploiting Chaos

Designing Alternative e-Learning
Environments: A Grounded Approach
3-5 p.m./15.00-17.00
Location: Star 2, Main Building, Level 2
Research and practice suggests that subject matter experts, trainers and instructional designers tasked with developing and delivering Web-based training can codify content information, and with a
little help, make it readily accessible and aesthetically appealing.

instructors tend to spontaneously facilitate in traditional face-to-face
classroom environments based on their experience and intuition.
This session will increase the participant’s knowledge of different
instructional theories and their ability to apply alternative instructional strategies to create various types of Web-based training. The
workshop will begin with a brief overview of the e-Learning Interaction Framework and a five-step process for designing alternative
e-learning environments. Participants will be given a detailed description of how the steps may be applied to design and sequence

In this session, we will share best practices and experiences from
different parts of the world and various types of meetings. Attendees

Community Service Project: Make a
Difference Day - Supporting Save the
Children Mexico
7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m./07.30-15.30
Location: Moon Palace, Expo Center
There is no cost to participate in the community service project on
Monday. The supplies are being provided by local sponsors and with
your cash donations collected pre-conference. Cash donations will
also be accepted onsite through the Save the Children representatives. The supplies and any remaining cash donations will be donated
directly to Save the Children.
The Project
As MPI Delegates are soon to discover, Cancun and the surrounding areas
are places of awesome natural beauty and top-level service. But parallel
to this sheltered existence, there are many people living below the poverty
line. Seventy percent of the children in the area are “temporarily abandoned” each day due to the fact that both parents need to work to support
their family. These children often end up on the streets or alone at home.
Save the Children Mexico created a network of “Ludotecas” (playing centers) where girls and boys can go to before and after school
instead of being on the street or alone at home. Today, they operate 11
Ludotecas that are attended by more than 1,000 kids.
How You Can Help
We need your help! In lieu of an off-site community service project,
we have decided to offer a project that everyone can participate in.
Please join your fellow MeetDifferent attendees in sorting and organizing much needed educational equipment and supplies used in the
Ludotecas including crayons, markers, paper, glue and musical instruments. The items will be set up in the Expo Center at Moon Palace on
Monday, Feb. 22, from 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m./07.30-15.30. Attendees are
invited to take a few minutes to stop by and help us sort and organize
the items to prepare them for delivery to Save the Children.
Thanks for your support!

Along with all the other stress factors you deal with, a difficult

a manager who is frightened for their own job and isn’t letting you
do yours? You’ll leave this session with the exact steps you need to
turn that negative situation into a positive. Yes, you can communicate, maintain your dignity and get what you want—you just need to
know what to say and how to say it!

Innovative Pricing Strategies
for Meeting Professionals
10:30 a.m.- Noon/10.30-12.00
Location: Star 1
People want to attend meetings, planners want attendees, but registration
numbers are not reaching goals. How prices are set can play a key role in
helping to address this, and this is not just through discounting fees. The
development of a sustainable pricing strategy considers the long-term
impact of pricing decisions. This session will review microeconomic pricing strategies and will apply them to industry situations to examine how
meeting professionals can increase attendance at meetings and reduce
financial risk by adjusting how prices are set and by better leveraging
partnerships, technology and information. This will not be your standard
ECON 100 lecture—it will be a highly interactive session that is specific to
the meetings industry. The principles we will discuss will be applicable to
a broad range of meeting professionals, with a particular focus on setting
registration fees for association planners. You won’t a need a background
in economics to follow the session, but don’t be surprised if you leave the
session with a new appreciation for the subject!
• Understand how economic pricing strategies can be applied to
meetings and events to increase attendance and reduce financial risk
• Learn how you can work with your partners to create greater value
for your meeting attendees
• Learn how to create a sustainable pricing strategy that will not
compromise long-term goals by applying short-term solutions

highlights and elucidates key concepts.
• Use pivot tables and advanced functions using industry examples
• Identify how special functions work and how to manage housing
and registration lists
• Discuss and discover from your peers how they use Excel to save

Security
10:30 a.m.-Noon/10.30-12.00
Location: Star 2, Main Building, Level 2
Controversial topics and speakers, challenging locations, gate
crashers, crime, passion, alcohol and human frailty can lead to an
interesting meeting if even one of them rears its ugly head. In this
presentation, Major Brad A. Goldberg (USAF-Ret.), and William
Daggett, a retired Tampa, Fla., police division commander, will provide
planners and suppliers with tips and techniques for handling urgent
security-related crises during a meeting, conference or event. Among
the issues to be discussed will be: how to work effectively with public
safety officers before, during and after an issue arises; tools for training
staff and clients to address crises; strategies for working with staff and
clients during an incident; what law enforcement cannot do for you and
what you must do for yourself and your event.
• Implement techniques to mitigate potential security issues
including methods recommended by law enforcement
• Develop methods for training staff and clients in handling security

ROI for People Who Hate ROI
10:30 a.m.-Noon/10.30-12.00
Location: Room 5, Expo Center, Level 1
Proving the value of meetings and events often leads to the mention
of “ROI”—three letters that in most conjures up images of finance,
accounting, statistics and numbers. To successfully learn how to use
ROI isn’t as painful when industry educator Patti Phillips is leading
the class. The challenge is that we must, as professionals, understand what ROI means and be able to discuss it intelligently with our
clients and even senior executives. But to do this we must understand the basics: what it means, what it does not mean, how it is
used and how it should not be used. This session is full of information
presented in a non-threatening, non-challenging environment. Come
learn about ROI in a simple and informative way unlike any you have
experienced before and leave a believer.
• Define the concept of ROI and be able to explain when to use it
• Identify the factors that are creating more interest in ROI
• Describe the different types of data in the ROI Methodology

savings initiative. If you know why SMM is valuable, if you are in the
process of creating or currently have an SMM, come discover what is
next. This interactive session will help you to understand the lasting
value of a quality SMM program, and how proper implementation
does more than save money, it buys you a seat at the corporate business strategy table.

Real-Life Disaster Training for Meeting
Planners

Location: Star 8
1:30-5 p.m./13.30-17.00
Location: Galactic 7, Main Building, Level 2
This panel discussion will showcase the diversity of Mexico´s destinations and the array of possibilities they offer for international meeting
planners. Leaders from cultural, urban and beach resort locations
within Mexico will share their competitive advantages as well as their
strategies to attract, serve and retain conventions from abroad.
Chances are that while you read this, an unexpected disaster somewhere in the world is causing a meeting management team stress
and confusion. Disasters of every shape, size, look and feel happen
all the time, affecting businesses, people’s jobs, lives and families,
and ultimately, the economy. Are you prepared as a meeting manager
to survive any type of disaster? This session has been designed to
put you in the throes of a real-life event disaster situation as it unfolds. You will make the critical decisions any meeting manager may
have to make and deal with the consequences of those decisions.
• Apply the principles of disaster management to meeting and event
continuity planning
• Improve your crisis communications and decision-making skills
• Utilize lessons learned from previous meeting disasters to create
your Crisis Management Plan
• Understand differences and geographical characteristics of
Mexico´s most important meeting destinations
• Educate others about the attractions, facilities and procedures in
order to celebrate easy-going meetings in Mexico

Overcoming Destination Misperception
1:30-3 p.m./13.30-15.00
Location: Room 1, Expo Center, Level 1
We have all done it before...completely eliminating a destination from our
list of options because of the perceptions surrounding it. But the fact may
be that the destination is actually perfect for your group. It’s quite common that destinations are looked over because they are perceived in a
negative manner, and the facts may be completely overlooked. This session will look into the issue of perception and its role in selecting destinations for meetings and events. Through interactive lecture, discussions
and case study reviews, participants will have an opportunity to see that
their options are much greater if they are willing to look at the facts.
• Differentiate between perception and reality when doing site selection
• Research and present the facts of a destination to overcome
misperception
• Prepare a plan to educate attendees and stakeholders on
destination facts

CSR Unplugged
1:30-3 p.m./13.30-15.00
Location: Room 3, Expo Center, Level 1
Join us in Cancun for a truly different session—CSR Unplugged!
This session features no audio-visual and plenty of participant interaction. Suppliers and planners will be given the opportunity to interact
for the first half of the session within their own peer groups to discuss
environmental, economic and community impacts of corporate social
responsibility initiatives. The second half of the session will join the
two groups to facilitate a common understanding of shared challenges, needs and wants of your planner/supplier counterpart. After
attending this session, you will be able to:
• Identify the basic concepts of a CSR program
• Assess areas to reduce cost, reduce environmental impact, and
create positive impacts for both internal and external stakeholders
through CSR initiatives
• Create authentic communication around sustainability initiatives to
avoid being labeled as “greenwashers”
Presenter: Midori Connolly, CEO/owner, Pulse Staging; Amanda Gourgue,
CMP, LEED AP, chief meeting revolutionist, Meeting Revolution
Midori Connolly and Amanda Gourgue will participate in CSR Coaching, on
Tuesday, February 23, in the Ideas Exchange from 1:30-2:30 p.m./13.30-14.30
As we learned in the November 2009 issue of One+, meeting
planning and project management are more similar than you might
think—both with distinct traits, knowledge and skill sets that should
be shared across professions. This presentation is about tools,
techniques and best practices that will help you develop a plan, track
control and manage your project effectively. By fully utilizing the concept of project triple constraint (scope, schedule and cost), you will
learn how to develop a work breakdown structure to describe a project scope of work and a Gantt chart to show project schedule. Other
tools you will learn include the critical path and the milestone chart.
• Discuss triple constraint (scope, schedule and cost) of projects
• Demonstrate how to develop baselines for each constraint
• Illustrate how to develop a project plan using various project
management tools and techniques

10 Strategies for Becoming
Indispensable at Work:
Maximizing Your Value
1:30-3 p.m./13.30-15.00
Location: Star 1, Main Building, Level 2
We can debate whether or not we are in a recession, but there is no
doubt that organizations are focused on cutting labor costs. Rather
than focus on procedural and maintenance issues, review strategies for aligning work with organizational strategy. Learn to position
yourself to meet your organization’s current and future strategic challenges. Why? Labor costs comprise 80 percent or more of an organization’s operating costs. Job security is the top concern within today’s
workforce. Bring attention to the value of what you do.
• Identify strategies for showcasing your value
• Align your work with organizational strategy
• Develop an action plan
Presenter: Michele Wierzgac, MS, CMM, CEO and president, Michele and Co.
Trial of the Century: Online is On Trial!
1:30-3 p.m./13.30-15.00
Location: Galactic 8, Main Building, Level 2
Technology and the meetings industry are on trial and you’re the
jury. In this participatory session, you will witness and participate in a
courtroom case where technology is placed on trial for not adequately
providing customer communications and service (and not positively
impacting attendance) for a conference. Observe the battle between
James Spellos (technology) and Deborah Gardner (traditional communications) while they state their arguments for you to decide the
outcome. Listen to how people use technology effectively, or blame
technology, in their attempts to connect with their customers, offering scenarios that could affect you and your next encounter with your
boss, co-worker or customer. As meeting planners and suppliers,
maximize your thought processes, participate and decide what is
needed to win. Is it servers, or is it service? You be the judge!
• Identify how their peers are viewing and using technology to
enhance their industry communications
• Fully participate in the outcome of the facts discussed in this
high-energy and interactive session
• Learn the principles and facts behind deciding to use technology or
the basics when dealing with your customers

Meetings in 2010 & Beyond
3:30-5 p.m./15.30-17.00
Location: Room, Expo Center, Level 1
Global concerns are revolutionizing how we plan international meetings. Terrorism and disease fears, money issues and privacy and intellectual property concerns are among the critically important subjects
that are becoming standards in meeting contracts throughout the
world. The rise of meetings in Mexico, the Middle East and elsewhere
brings different legal traditions to the bargaining table where they can
change contract negotiations dramatically. Join attorney and meeting
law expert Joshua L. Grimes to discuss the most important legal issues
in today’s global meeting contracts.
• Understand legal principles being introduced into meeting
contracts, particularly in countries new to international meetings
• Identify steps to address the global economic situation and
minimize the risk of financial loss to a meeting sponsor and the
host facility
• Develop proper contract clauses for global issues such as attrition,
cancellation, terrorism/epidemics and protecting attendee privacy
and intellectual property

A Non-Technical Look at Meeting Security
3:30-5 p.m./15.30-17.00
Location: Star 2, Main Building, Level 2
Controversial topics and speakers, challenging locations, gate crashers, crime, passion, alcohol and human frailty can lead to an interesting

Fla., police division commander, will provide planners and suppliers with
tips and techniques for handling urgent security-related crises during a
meeting, conference or event. Among the issues to be discussed will
be how to work effectively with public safety officers before, during and
after an issue arises; tools for training staff and clients to address crises;
strategies for working with staff and clients during an incident; what law
enforcement cannot do for you; and what you must do for yourself and
your event.
• Implement techniques to mitigate potential security issues
including methods recommended by law enforcement
• Develop methods for training staff and clients in handling security
concerns including communication with first responders and the
press

Effective Delegation Skills
7:30-8:30 a.m./07.30-08.30
Location: Star 2, Main Building, Level 2
Delegation is a critical skill for leadership excellence. You achieved
your leadership role through hard work, knowledge of your job and
your demonstrated ability to get things done, but now, as a leader, your
success is measured through other people’s work, knowledge and
ability. If you know that delegating effectively is important to your and
your organization’s success, but it makes you feel like you’re losing
control and you constantly struggle with letting go (after all, it’s faster
and easier to do it yourself!), then you can’t afford not to attend this
useful and amazingly practical session.
• Identify what’s stopping you from delegating today, the myths
you’ve bought into and how to get past them
• Apply Merge’s proven delegation “triangle”
• Apply your delegation skills to situations where you are working
with peers
This session will be repeated on Tuesday, Feb. 23, from 1:30-2:30
p.m./13.30-14.30
Presenter: Merge Gupta-Sunderji, CSP, MBA, CGA, leadership & workplace
communication expert, mergespeaks Inc.

The Convention Industry Council’s (CIC) Accepted Practices Exchange
(APEX) Green Meetings and Events Panel has recently completed its
work in the development of green meeting standards. These efforts have
been the result of a partnership of industry, government and the private
sector and hundreds of volunteers. The standards, which are expected to
be officially adopted in early 2010, cover nine meetings-related categories: exhibits, A/V, accommodations, communications, destinations, food
and beverage, meeting venues, onsite offices and transportation. In
this session learn the basics of what’s contained in these new industry
standards from those involved in their creation, and discover specific,
measurable, performance-based criteria for ensuring meetings are green.

Effective Delegation Skills
1:30-2:30 p.m./13.30-14.30
Location: Star 2, Main Building, Level 2
Delegation is a critical skill for leadership excellence. You achieved
your leadership role through hard work, knowledge of your job and
your demonstrated ability to get things done, but now, as a leader, your
success is measured through other people’s work, knowledge and ability. If you know that delegating effectively is important to your and your
organization’s success, but it makes you feel like you’re losing control
and you constantly struggle with letting go (after all, it’s faster and
easier to do it yourself!), then you can’t afford not to attend this useful
and amazingly practical session.

How to Develop a Project Plan with
Microsoft Project
1:30-5 p.m./13.30-17.00
Location: Star 4, Main Building, Level 2
As we learned in the November 2009 issue of One+, meeting
planning and project management are more similar than you might
think—both with distinct traits, knowledge and skill sets that should
be shared across professions. This hands-on computer lab will show
meeting professionals a valuable tool used by many successful
project managers all over the world to plan, track and control projects
of all sizes. Using a sample project, you will build a work breakdown
structure and a Gantt chart, which outline the project’s scope of work
and schedule, respectively. You will learn how to build a network
diagram that shows the chronological sequence in which you plan to
perform project tasks. You will be able to assign resources to project
tasks and prepare a budget. And, finally most importantly, you will
learn how to prove your ROI by tracking progress and generating
reports for communication purposes.
• Build a work breakdown structure, create a Gantt chart showing
the schedule, assign resources to project tasks and prepare a
budget
• Develop an integrated project plan that includes baselines for
scope, schedule and budget
• Update the project plan with progress made to-date and prepare
progress reports

Strategic meetings management programs (SMMP) can reduce
risk, increase efficiencies, improve meetings ROI and save
substantial meeting costs. The challenge, however, is that they

and cause a longer and more difficult implementation than
necessary. In this session you will learn best practices to help in

management buy-in, how to build the implementation team, the
key milestone to set and much more to help make the process as
smooth as possible.

Using Event Portfolio Scorecards to
Increase Thought Leadership Success
1:30-3 p.m./13.30-15.00
Location: Galactic 7, Main Building, Level 2
When you have increasing demand for internal corporate cash paired
with the stresses of a difficult economy, you create a vortex where
funding has exceeded business requirements. The “Event Portfolio
Scorecard” transforms an organization’s thought leadership tools
and strategic plans from attractive but passive documents into the
“marching orders” for the organization that contribute to revenue
capture. This provides a framework that not only provides performance measurements, but helps event planners identify what
should be done and measured both internally and externally to
ensure event success from both the event funder’s point of view
and the attendees’.
• Prepare and implement an Event Portfolio Scorecard using a
60-day plan
• Learn how to communicate your event portfolio to corporate
executives so they appreciate the value and fund your events
• Turn your event portfolio strategy into actionable steps that create
revenue and position it to play a major role in your firm
