submitted by you for claiming the exemptions from Ph.D. Entrance Test . In the event it is
noticed that exemption was claimed on the basis of misleading/ false /incorrect information,
the registration would be liable to be cancelled.
In addition to above, the candidate shall follow the instructions as mentioned below :
a) He/she shall submit his original qualifying degree certificate which shall be returned to
him after verification;
b) He/she shall pay six monthly retention fee of Rs. 225/- every six months for retaining
his/her name on the register of research students, the payment of six monthly retention
fee are 15th January and 15th July every year, Failure to remit the retention fee within the
schedule date shall be charged late fee Rs. 25/- for each term.
c) The course work is compulsory and it will be treated as pre-Ph.D. preparation.
Completion Report of the course work shall be submitted to the Ph.D. Cell by the
Guide through the Head, of the Department of the Place of Research;
d) That you shall submit to the Controller of Examinations through the Head, Place
Research and the guide the progress report of your research after every six months.
