The CEZ, Inc. in partnership with the City of Columbia wants to
celebrate the launch of the new Vacant Abandoned Building
Incentive Program (VABIP). The CEZ, Inc. is providing an incentive
program to incentivize reuse through purchase or renovation of
vacant and abandoned buildings that will be occupied by small
businesses. The program will improve the marketability of
commercial spaces and serve to improve the overall community and
serve as a resource to promote economic development and job
creation in and around the City of Columbia.
