Note:
1. Faculty members with up to four overtime teaching hours (include the teaching hours for both
the daytime and the evening divisions) shall fill in the application form to apply for reserving
the overtime teaching hours for the following semester.
2. Faculty members with five or more overtime teaching hours shall file a special application for
reserving the overtime teaching hours, and the overtime teaching hours being reserved and
offset for the following semester shall not exceed two.
3. If the total teaching hours for faculty members applying for reserving the overtime teaching
hours are less than the number of required weekly teaching hours after the course
add/withdrawal, the Curriculum Section will automatically revoke the applications for such
faculty members.
*In the event of any disputes or misunderstanding as to the interpretation of the language or terms
of the document, the Chinese language version shall prevail.
