Model Arbitration Clause
“If a dispute arises out of or in connection with this contract, or in respect of any
defined legal relationship associated therewith or derived there, the parties agree to
submit that dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of Construction Industry
Arbitration Council (CIAC)

The Authority to appoint the arbitrator(s) shall be the Construction
Industry Arbitration Council (CIAC)
3.
The above said organization/institution will provide administrative service in
accordance with the relevant Arbitration Rules adopted by it.”
The name of the Institution /organization identified for the arbitration to be mentioned.
Model Conciliation Clause
“If a dispute arises out of or in connection with this contract, or in respect
of any defined legal relationship associated therewith or derived there from, the parties
agree to seek an amicable settlement of that dispute by conciliation under the
Conciliation Rules of Construction Industry Arbitration Council (CIAC)
2.
The authority to appoint the conciliator(s) shall be the Construction
Industry Arbitration Council (CIAC)
3.
The above said organization/institution will provide administrative services in
accordance with the relevant Conciliation Rules adopted by it.
The name of the Institution/organization identified for the conciliation to be mentioned.
