In the past CANCAS students have volunteered, helping assist children with the science activities offered as part of the NCAS exhibit, as well as speaking with visitors about science and, their interests, and their projects. They would love for a few students currently engaged in research projects to display a poster to share with visitors. It is also a great opportunity to gain some visibility for CANCAS and perhaps recruit some new members. Volunteers work in three hour shifts and snacks are provided in a break room. NCAS provides materials for the science activities and training for the volunteers.
