My name is Tyler Ball. I will be teaching 7th grade Texas History this year. I was born and grew up in Arlington, Texas. After high school, I went to and graduated from Texas Tech in 2010. I met my wife while attending Texas Tech. I graduated with a degree in History and a minor in secondary education. After college I began teaching and I taught in the Texas Panhandle. I moved to Houston in August of 2014. I am entering my 6th year as a teacher. I have taught 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12th grade Social Studies. I have taught the subjects of U.S. History, Texas History, A.P. World History, World Geography, World Cultures, Government, and Economics. I hold certifications in 4-12 grade Social studies and 4-8th grade math. I am excited to be teaching at Baylor College of Medicine Academy, and I am looking forward to a great year with high expectations and success.
