Reverse RED-333
In order to improve the organization of that room for delivery of instruction we have requested the room to be “turned
around” so that there can be a projection screen that does not completely block the white board writing space and better
blinds are needed because of the morning sun.

Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe drastically changed its pricing model by discontinuing the Creative Suite and making its software purely cloudbased. The cost for the Graphics program has doubled with this new pricing structure. The yearly cost for Adobe Creative
Cloud is approximately $24,000, with roughly half of the amount to be paid by GRC lab fees. The remaining balance
($13,000) would be funded by TechFee – if approved.
This is a three year commitment that TMCC will have to fulfil.
2210
Symplicity annual license renewal
This module, “Symplicity-Advocate program is a unified case-management solution for managing conflict and behavioral
concerns on campus. … This Student Conduct Office operating expense is an annual licensing fee of $ 6,000.”

Four additional laptops for the MWS laptop cart.
The Meadowood site has a laptop cart that is being used in various rooms at Meadowood. The cart has room for a total of
24 laptops but currently is only equipped with twenty laptops. Since many classes have more than 20 students, the laptop
cart is to be updated with four more laptops.
