Motion made by Member Silver to approve the minutes of August 20, 2015. Motion seconded by Vice President Gabbidon.

events and reallocate it for the Week of Service in the amount of $150.00 and the Pop Up Popcorn Events in the
amount of $50. Motion seconded by Member Silver. Motion passed by unanimous vote.

i. Ayaka Kimura, Activities Chair – She stated that she has been working on the Halloween Club Fair.
She sent in the work order to Facilities.
ii. Cheril Gabbidon, SGA Vice President – She stated that she has been done the flyer, Facebook
event, and handouts for the Halloween Club Fair.
iii. Charles Silver, Activities Committee Member – He stated that the DSU Nacho Sale is on
Wednesday, 10/14 from 11-3.

iii. Charles Silver, Activities Committee Member – He stated that the club will host pizza party 11/23
from 12:30pm to 2pm at RDMT256.
