MANY WAYS TO SPONSOR A JERSEY…..Here are just a few ideas:
 Players/Families can pay for the jersey themselves. This gives them the
opportunity to sponsor their own jersey and play in memory of a family
member or friend. At the conclusion of the game, they give their jersey
to a relative of the person they played for (in some cases, the player is
the relative and keeps his own jersey).

in full to ensure program has all the important information.

IMPORTANT: The name of the honoree will be placed on the back of the
Jersey. The honoree can be anyone you would like remembered at this event.
There is limited space on the jersey so only one name can be printed. This
can be first name, last name or nickname of your choice.

Walled Lake Community. Requesting specific numbers will not be possible
as players must wear the number assigned to them on the official roster
