 OGLALA LAKOTA COLLEGE HE SAPA COLLEGE CENTER INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS PLAN: AY 2013‐2014 VISION STATEMENT Assist in the rebuilding in the Lakota Nation through Education MISSION STATEMENT The He Sapa College Center will provide educational opportunities that enhance Lakota life by helping to fulfill academic aspirations and dreams of our students. He Sapa will foster community involvement and support of the College center. We will continue to foster Wolakolkiciyapi by incorporating the language and culture throughout the college center and within the community it serves.
