PHCC’S GOALS FOR 2012-2013
PHCC Staff Goals

Our Building. Be proud of your area make it presentable to the
public the way you want it to reflect on you also help to make a
better learning environment. This Goal here ties into Goal V of
OLC. (OLC will maintain and continue to enhance facilities,
delivery systems, and educational infrastructure to meet the needs
of OLC students, faculty, and staff.

Lakota Language. Be Proud of who you are.
Label things in your office, make a habit of using the Lakota
names when you go to use it.
Or when people come into your office say Timay hiyu we (come
in)Tonituka he(how are you) and iyotaka ye, (sit down) or toksa
hinhanni kin ake (see you again tomorrow. Or tanyan ya ye (good
by) one more can be Anpetu waste yuha ye (have a nice day)
Put a word of the week in the window of the first office and we will
practice the four Lakota values and use these every day.
This Goal ties into the Fostering wolakolkicipayapi


We are working on building a strong team here. Way to go
everyone we are doing this just by interacting with the team doing
things such as the afternoon walks, activities and team meetings.




problem areas in the scheduling process. As before our students
are at so many levels and we only have two to three students at a
time that need a certain class so that area will never fill I feel this is
why we have lost a lot of our IT students.

The biggest area students needed help with is applying for
scholarships and the second biggest problem area is the Computer
Help a lot of our students don’t know how to work them.

