Guide – Staff Mentoring Program Mentee Application
Our mentoring program is a staff development and community building tool designed to be a
resource to guide staff members through Calvin.
Guide: to assist (a person) to travel through, or reach a destination in, an unfamiliar area,
as by accompanying or giving directions to the person (dictionary.com)
ABC’s of Guide Program:
a. Acclimate – Helps mentee learn the culture of Calvin and/or West Michigan.
b. Brainstorm – Provides an outlet for the mentee to share ideas and express
concerns.
c. Connect – Helps mentor discover tools and resources for performing job well.
