Printing In Gradespeed: From Any Screen
Sometimes it’s a real help to be able to print from your grade book, from any screen. Perhaps you know this
trick, but if you don’t, it can be a real time-saver—and a great tool.
Let’s say you are working in your grade book, getting ready to make some changes. Wouldn’t it be nice to
have a hard copy of what you have—before you start making changes? So, let’s pretend you are in your grade
book, with the GRADES component open on your desktop. You’ve decided to print your grades:
You would like to just
press “print” but there’s
no button.
Press the F10 key
The F10 key brings the MENU BAR up,
below the address line on your web
browser.
Clicking on the menu item “FILE” brings forth
the menu list which offers a few possibilities-most of which are limited. The save command
will not save anything useful. But, the PRINT
command works beautifully—you’ll see.
